PROJECT FOCUS:
1. System integration: Employee management systems need to be integrated with other systems (e.g., financial systems, CRM systems, etc.), which can pose technical and data consistency challenges.2. Management of Remote Workers: The client had a small group of remote workers in its team. However, due to the lack of face-to-face communication opportunities, it was difficult for managers to conduct comprehensive performance evaluations of remote workers. As a result, managers had relatively weak trust mechanisms for their employees.
RESULT:
In order to simplify the workflow automation system as much as possible, we integrated various components into the website, such as Forms, Text, Gantt Chart, etc., which helps to manage projects, tasks and employees more easily and efficiently.
